Regional director

As our Regional Director, providing strong leadership and support to all of our centers, especially here at Kyle’s Bright Beginnings. She ensures each center runs smoothly,maintaining high-quality care.

She partners with center directors to guide operations, staff development, and professional growth and leads ongoing professional development for our teams. Stacey also handles escalated concerns—staff, parent, or child-related—with professionalism and care. 

Her leadership, warmth, and dedication ensures every center reflects our commitment to excellent early childhood education.

Erica Clapp

Director

With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Erica oversees daily operations and ensures we exceed Texas Child Care Licensing as well as Texas Rising Star requirements.

Known for her warm, open-door approach, Erica is always available to answer questions about Texas Rising Star, Licensing, Brightwheel, or Classroom Operations.  Guiding staff development, curriculum planning, and enrollment with care. 

She creates an environment where teachers and families feel valued and supported as part of the KBB family.

Assistant Director

A vital part of Kyle’s Bright Beginnings, bringing over 30 years of early childhood education experience to her role. She supports families, teachers, and daily operations, working closely with the Director to manage enrollment, billing, parent communication, and staff support.

With experience as both a classroom teacher and licensed Director, Sharri understands what children and educators need to thrive.

Megan Garmon

Administrative Assistant

At the heart of our administrative team, Megan is the go-to person for support across the center. She works closely with the Director and Assistant Director, stepping in wherever needed to help the day run smoothly.

Megan assists with office tasks, supports teachers, and helps in classrooms when needed.

Whether she’s helping teachers, assisting families, or handling daily details, Megan keeps our center organized, welcoming, and running at its best.

Gladys Duran

Curriculum Coordinator & Purchasing

Bringing years of classroom experience and a long-standing Child Development Associate (CDA) credential to her role as Curriculum Coordinator and Purchasing Manager.

Gladys is known for her creativity, warm heart, and dedication.Her deep understanding of early childhood education and love of helping others make her a true asset to our center. Gladys supports teachers by providing materials, ideas, and resources for engaging learning experiences and plans many special events and celebrations throughout the year.
