As Regional Director, Stacey plays a vital leadership role at KBB, ensuring that all our centers operate smoothly and consistently. She oversees operations, supports center directors, and ensures full compliance with Texas state regulations across all locations.

Stacey leads professional development initiatives and is your point of contact for all escalation issues—including staff, parent, or child-related concerns. She also plays a key role in driving the vision and culture of KBB, working to ensure each center reflects our commitment to being the best early childhood school in the region.

Director

As director, Erica oversees daily operations to ensure compliance with Texas Child Care Licensing standards.

She manages staff, develops curriculum, maintains enrollment, and ensures a safe, nurturing environment.

Erica builds strong relationships with families and the community, upholds all regulatory, safety, and quality requirements, and provides high-quality early education.

She’s your go-to for questions about Texas Rising Star, licensing, Brightwheel, and classroom operations.

Assistant Director, Curriculum Coordinator, Purchasing

As Assistant Director, Gladys is Erica’s counterpart who assists with maintaining Texas compliance requirements. 

She is responsible for upholding Texas Minimum Standards and she has maintained her CDA certification for many years. Her many years of classroom experience makes her an excellent resource for teachers. She is always available to assist with any classroom issues that arise. 

Gladys is known for her creative and organizational skills when planning special events and celebrations for the children and parents of KBB.

Veronica Rodriguez

Office Administrator for Enrollment & Billing

As KBB’s Office Administrator, Veronica’s role encompasses the daily tracking of enrollment ratios, waitlists, and payments from parents and the state. 

She sits in the small front office and peers through the mirror to see you!

She calls parents when children are ill and maintains all forms needed to run KBB smoothly; thus, ensuring that the staff and children have what they need on a daily basis. 

Veronica also has many years of classroom experience and is another resource for teachers who need assistance in their classroom.
